Clean World was established leveraging the energy and environmental technology expertise from teams at the Institute of Process Engineering (IPE), Institute of Applied Chemistry (IAC), and Innovation Academy for Green Manufacture (IAGM) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Building upon technological accumulation and R&D platforms in environmental materials and energy technologies, it addresses the nation's increasingly stringent requirements and developmental trends in atmospheric environment protection and solid waste treatment.
Driven by enterprise and market demands, the factory rapidly incubates and commercializes technologies, providing core high-efficiency catalytic adsorption products for environmental engineering companies while offering technical support for engineering implementation. Core Products Include:
- High-performance catalytic materials (honeycomb denitration catalysts, VOCs catalysts)
- Integrated multi-pollutant removal filter tubes/filter bags with nano-catalysts for flue gas treatment
- High-specific-surface-area active calcium hydroxide
- Ultra-low-temperature oxidation catalysts for hydrogen elimination and CO oxidation applications & capacity: To date, catalytic filter tubes/bags have been deployed in over 60 facilities across sectors including glass manufacturing, biomass power generation, waste-to-energy plants, coking, and steel production.
The manufacturing plant operates 3 dedicated filter tube production lines, capable of manufacturing ceramic fiber filter tubes in various specifications and types to meet customer requirements, with an annual production capacity exceeding 100,000 units. The factory possesses comprehensive capabilities spanning filter tube molding, catalyst formulation, preparation, coating equipment, and specialized coating processes.
Concurrently, the factory has self-built and procured specialized testing equipment including:
- Catalytic activity test devices for filter tubes
- Pressure drop test devices
- Specific surface area analyzers
- Physical/Chemical adsorption analyzers
- Laser particle size analyzers
- Multiple flue gas analyzers
Clean World has developed forming technology and equipment integrating external mold vacuum with rotating core feeding, while screening catalyst-compatible raw materials to significantly reduce filter tube manufacturing costs. Clean World now achieves full self-sufficiency in ceramic fiber filter tube and catalyst production, enabling industrial-scale manufacturing of catalytic ceramic fiber filter tubes with an annual capacity exceeding 100,000 units. The products surpass imported alternatives in both flexural strength and catalytic performance.
